 12 HOURS  LABOR

THE INSPIRATION FOR TIGER SHARK, THE 1959 STING RAY.   Tiger Shark will use longer wheel base and wider track, and will be a little more aerodynamically stable. Different canopy choices will be available.  Finish date depends on the amount of interested buyers. The amount of interested buyers increases when the car gets finished. A bit of a catch 22, let me know if your interested in the car and I will put more effort in finishing sooner.

  + 4 HOURS FOR BRACING

SPLASH MOLD IN THE PHOTOS IS USED TO GET A GENERAL SHAPE OF THE CAR TO SAVE SOME TIME IN NOT HAVING TO MAKE A PATTERN FROM SCRATCH.  NEXT, MORE BRACING IS ADDED AND A FIBERGLASS PART IS PULLED FROM SPLASH MOLD, THEN FULLY CUSTOMIZED TO THE DESIRED SHAPE, NOW YOU HAVE A NEW WIDER BODY, NEW DOORS, HOOD, & REAR DECK.  TO MAKE MORE CAR BODIES WE WILL NEED TO MAKE A HIGHER QUALITY SPLIT MOLD. THE SPLASH MOLD IS THEN CUT UP OR SAVED FOR OTHER IDEAS, BUT NO DIRECT COPIES WILL EVER BE PULLED FROM THE SPLASH MOLD TO TRY TO MAKE THE ORIGINAL CAR.  THE SPLASH MOLD IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE BRACING AND DOES NOT  HOLD ITS SHAPE VERY WELL OVER TIME. WE TAKE GREAT CARE TO KEEP THE MOLD IN GOOD SHAPE TILL THE SAW COMES OUT.
